Réseau Santé Nouvelle-Écosse aimed to design attractive and accessible visuals to strengthen its simulated patient program and recruit bilingual adults across Canada. Our mission was to create a series of cohesive, inclusive, and engaging communication tools tailored to different age groups. The project included the design of three distinct visuals for social media, each targeting a specific age bracket, the creation of a visual header for the newsletter, the development of a mini style guide including color palettes and typography, as well as the assembly of an image bank suited to the campaign. We developed a creative exploration featuring multiple graphic directions, produced adaptations for various social media and email formats, and delivered comprehensive usage documentation. As an option, we offered animation of the visuals and the creation of a full graphic charter to ensure the program’s visual identity remains sustainable. Through an approach centered on inclusion and engagement, we crafted impactful visuals that support the program’s mission and encourage diverse participation.
