Huy Lam

Huy Lam is a multidisciplinary artist based in Toronto. His practice is rooted in an ongoing fascination with non-verbal communication and process-based construction, informed by meditation, photography, woodwork and sculpture. Lam creates meticulously collaged works on paper alongside sculptures in wood and fine metals, using light and composition to create an illusion of form, dimension and space. His work has been exhibited in Canada, Japan and the United States and is held in private and corporate collections.
